Meredith Chavers is the dynamic CEO and "Solutions Engineer" of REDIFY, ​driven by a robust entrepreneurial spirit and a deep-seated passion for ​technology and leadership. Her academic journey includes an associate degree ​in Digital Media and Web Technologies from Tulsa Technology Center, followed ​by studies in Technical Theatre and Education at Southwestern College. Her ​career in property management ignited post-college as a housekeeper in a ​senior living community, quickly ascending the ranks in a large property ​management firm by challenging outdated processes and advocating for ​technological advancements.

Her impressive tenure culminated as the Director of Operations where she ​increased company revenue by over 40% in one fiscal year, expanded ​operations into new states, and managed a team of over 80 employees ​overseeing nearly 3,000 doors. Meredith's innovative approach emphasizes ​"people-first" leadership and strategic use of technology to enhance ​operational performance and human experience. Now, as a full-time ​entrepreneur and mother of three, Meredith owns companies focusing on ​business, marketing, technology, and property management, dedicating her ​work to her children, Rheagan, Ellie, and Daxton, from whom REDIFY draws its ​name.
